St Affrique is just 40 kms east of Plaisance and is best loved for its wonderful fresh produce market every Saturday morning. The fresh Mediterranean or Atlantic oysters never disappoint but take an oyster knife along! Another perfect but long cycling destination, better as a day trip en route to canoeing in Millau.
